Return Policy/Shipping/Privacy

Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or within one year of the original invoice date for a replacement. Please note that all returns will be inspected before a credit or replacement unit is issued. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.

In order to receive a full refund, minus the shipping cost, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. All factory supplied components and paperwork must also be included. Items returned with missing parts or pieces may not be eligible for refund.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using UPS or FedEx for all shipping.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which can be obtained by calling our office at 936-563-4174. Merchandise will not be accepted without an RMA number and will be returned to the customer if received without prior authorization.

Any shipping date shown represents the Company’s best estimate as of this date, but the Company shall not incur any liability of any kind whatsoever for failure to ship on any particular date, unless firm shipping date has been expressly agreed to by an officer of the Company in a separately signed written instrument. Risk of loss shall pass to the Buyer when the goods are placed in the possession of a common carrier. Claims against the carrier shall be the responsibility of the Buyer, and claims against the Company for patent defects, errors, or shortages must be made in writing to the Company within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the goods, or such claims shall be deemed to have been waived.

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.


We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.


Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS. All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.
